Director & Co-Founder
Burcu Kucuktas is as senior professional with over two decades of experience in recruitment and consultancy, specializing in executive search and senior management hiring.
Throughout her career, she has held both consulting and execution roles across various industries, including Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Consumer Goods, Automotive, and Chemicals.
Her expertise spans a wide range of functions, providing recruitment services for Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement, Legal roles at senior and top management levels.
Burcu’s 20-plus years experience in executive search includes working with both multinational corporations and family-owned businesses, delivering tailored talent solutions to meet their strategic hiring needs.
Before founding BE & Partners, she served as the Head of Executive Search in Netherlands for an international executive search firm. Prior to this role, she worked as a Senior Director, overseeing the recruitment of leadership roles within Finance, Human Resources and Legal divisions in international executive search firm.
Erdem Can
Director & Co-Founder
Erdem Can is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience in executive search and leadership hiring, working across international markets with a strong focus on Europe, the UK, and the MENA region. He specializes in senior-level appointments and strategic talent acquisition for multinational companies, scale-ups, and high-growth businesses.
Throughout his career, Erdem has taken on both consulting and operational roles across a diverse range of industries including Technology, Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Life Sciences. His functional expertise spans Executive, Commercial, Technology, Product, and HR leadership roles.
Erdem’s deep understanding of talent dynamics, combined with a consultative approach, has enabled him to deliver tailored recruitment solutions to both global enterprises and founder-led organizations.
Before founding BE & Partners, Erdem held senior roles in international recruitment and executive search firms. He is also the Co-founder of Vinter AI Recruitment, a bias-free, AI-powered interview platform designed to modernize and streamline the hiring process.
