Talent Acquisition Manager:

Our client, a leading multinational FMCG company, is seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Manager.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in attracting, recruiting and retaining top talent

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10-12+ years of total experience in recruitment
  • Must have sourcing for leadership hiring for at least 2-3 years
  • Experaince in developing of high-quality talent pipeline and utilizing market insights to influence sourcing plans
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices, trends, and tools in recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and use insights to optimize strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Strategic Recruitment & Sourcing
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business growth objectives.
  • Responsible for closing all roles tagged to you
  • Source and attract top talent for all service lines, by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent
  • Identify and analyse the potential of new sourcing opportunities
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and conduct interviews.
  • Attract top talent who align with our brand values and culture.
